    Job Opportunity – We at DNAe are looking for self-starting, experienced software engineer who finds passion working on complex scientific problems and making good use of a high level of autonomy.   • NGS Clonal Amplification Team Lead

    Job Opportunity – The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of scientists in the development of clonal amplification technology that will be included in the workflow of the DNAe NGS platform.  The method will comprise creating clonal DNA pools from amplicons produced during the enrichment steps of the library preparation workflow.  The clonal pools will then be subjected to sequencing using DNAe’s proprietary technology.  The method developed must be compatible with cartridge-based automation and performance must meet the demanding requirements of the novel DNAe NGS platform.
