  • Director, Molecular Assay Development

    Responsibilities

    • Lead molecular assay development team in the development of product solutions for cell lysis, DNA extraction, and molecular identification of rare targets, including microorganisms
    • Design complex experiments and perform in-depth statistical analysis
    • Supervise scientific team in strategic approach to experimental design and troubleshooting issues
    • Identify existing or novel technical solutions to successfully address developmental issues
