As we continue to build our global Commercial team, we have a newly created role for a Senior Manager Field Apps, Service & Support. This role is responsible for to building DNAe’s technical field team and the service/support infrastructure. The individual will be responsible for planning and executing customer training, leading field activities (e.g., prototype testing at research sites), and eventually building service/support-related team and infrastructure to enable the successful commercialization of DNAe’s product portfolio.
